Information processed

Excel files selected by the user for stock reconciliation.
Basic browser and usage information needed to keep the service reliable.
Billing status data returned by the Trei backend for the hosted software subscription.
Razorpay payment identifiers needed to verify AutoPay setup and payment status.

Spreadsheet storage

DailyStock parses selected Excel files in the browser. The app is designed so stock spreadsheets are not intentionally uploaded to or stored by the DailyStock server for reconciliation.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. DailyStock does not store card, UPI, or banking credentials. Razorpay may collect payment information according to its own policies.

Support and deletion

For support, correction, or deletion requests related to billing records or support messages, email contact@trei.dev. Some payment records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
